About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's market presence both domestically and internationally. This role will involve international travel to meet clients and attend events and exhibitions, with approximately 30% of your time spent on the road. The remaining time will be split between 20% office-based and 50% working from home.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth in the manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
- Manage and oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international events, exhibitions, and client meetings, enhancing the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage international travel and client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and strategic approach to sales and business development.
